Summer is drawing to a close. It's August and it's THAT time of year again.

BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING YAYZ OMG BBQ

I have Candide a little more than half annotated. That man has worse logic than me - a feat that has gone unchallenged until I read the book. "Everything is for the best in this world"? What world do you live in, Candide? (oh right. one where you didn't have orthodontists and clowns weren't as scary.)

I cut my hair (kind of. it's still kind of long. i guess i'm a sucker for my security blanket of long hair). I landed a few doubles and then I lost them again. I rediscovered the joys of mint chocolate chip ice cream.

I honestly can't wait to see everyone and if they changed (or not)! Let's get ready to face the demon that is:

NINTH GRADE. EPIC DEMONAGE.

especially the english teachers, or so I've heard. D:
